AlphaRose Therapeutics is a biotechnology company dedicated to developing life-changing medicines for children and families affected by rare genetic diseases. Our proprietary antisense oligonucleotide (ASO) platform uses next-generation chemistry designed for improved safety, and our AI-driven discovery engine has identified over 300 potential rare disease targets. Through RareLabs, our internal research platform, we compress the path from genetic diagnosis to proof-of-concept into approximately six months at a fraction of traditional costs — because families facing rare diseases cannot afford to wait. Our lead program targets Bain Syndrome, with additional programs in development for CDKL5 deficiency, prion disease, and Von Willebrand disease.
